Theo Kapodistrias is five time award winning lawyer, public speaker, trainer and coach. With a passion for working with people and wanting individuals and emerging leaders to be seen, Theo has combined his experiences, the lessons learned, and hot tips and tricks into a service that is ground breaking. Theo is recognised nationally having won a multitude of awards throughout his career as a lawyer. Some of these include 2020 Young Lawyer of the Year Award by the Law Society of Tasmania, the 2017 and 2018 Lawyers Weekly 30 Under 30 Award, the 2022 Australasian Lawyers Rising Stars list and the 2019 Legal 500 GC Powerlist – Australian Rising Stars Publication. In 2021, Theo became the Executive Director and Licensee of TEDxHobart.
