Simon Helmot is an Australian cricket coach with over 25 years experience at the highest level of the game. In 2008, Simon was appointed coach of Australia A side that toured India and since then has coached in numerous major cricket leagues around the world. Simon has been involved with some of the best franchise teams around the world from the Sunrisers Hyderabad in the Indian Premier League, the Melbourne Renegades in the BBL and St Kitts and Nevis Patriots in the Caribbean Premier League. Simon enjoys sharing his thoughts and knowledge within the corporate world in relation to leadership, cultural diversity, developing positive behaviours, growth mindset and the importance of enjoyment.
