Seamus OConnor

BIO

Seamus OConnor is an American born snowboarder from California who competes internationally for Ireland. Seamus is 3-time winter Olympian having been selected for the 2014, 2018 and 2022 Winter Olympics. Seamus is frequently referred to as a snowboarding prodigy since he has been claiming podium placed finishes since the age of 8. The American-born, Irish rider is one of the youngest professional riders in snowboarding history and has impressed at many World Snowboarding events from junior to rookie and then onto professional level. In 2022, Seamus was awarded the Olympic Spirit Award by Team Ireland which centred on the Olympic values of friendship, excellence, and respect.
