Scott Prestwidge was born in New South Wales, Australia and represented Queensland in domestic cricket. In 1988, Scott was one of the first inducted into the Australian Cricket Academy and took the wicket of current Pakistan Prime Minister, Imran Khan, who was playing for the touring Pakistan team.
