Phil Coles is an Australian professional who is a High Performance Manager, ASCA accredited strength and conditioning coach, APA accredited Sports Physiotherapist and currently an Executive Director with the Boston Celtics in the NBA. Phil has spent over 20 years in the High Performance Industry ranging from managerial roles in Premier League Football Clubs to lecturing at universities. Phil started out his career as a Physiotherapist with AFC Bournemouth. Other roles have included being Head of Physical Therapy at Liverpool FC and being the High Performance Coordinator for the Australian Football Federation. Career across multiple sports and countries that has spanned all aspects of the performance spectrum, and now developed into senior executive management and leadership roles. Dedicated to elite sports performance, athlete well being and sports franchise development.
