Olav Spahl is a highly knowledgeable sports manager, who has been a member of the German Olympic Committee. Having been a member of the German delegation for the PyeongChang, Sochi, Rio and London Olympic Games, Olav is a leading authority on the Olympics. Highly passionate about sport, Olav continually demonstrates his sound knowledge of different angles of sport and the Olympics. Having also worked with both summer and winter Olympians, Olav is knowledgeable in adapting athletes to different climates and scenarios. In 2018, Olav joined The Belgian Olympic and Interfederal Committee, working as a High-Level Sports Director. He later went on to succeed Eddy De Smedt as the Director of Elite Sport for BOIC and today continues his work with the association in determining the visions and strategies used by the top athletes at the BOIC.
