Neil Laughton is a British multi-award winning entrepreneur, multiple Guinness World Record-breaking adventurer and a former Royal Marine Commando, helicopter pilot and Special Forces Officer and Speaker. Neil has been a leadership and team development consultant for 10 years and a company director for 27. His business, military and expedition leadership experiences enable him to help people develop a more entrepreneurial and adventurous mindset that in turn instils confidence, improves performance and increases the chances of individual and collective success.
