Neil Jurd

BIO

Neil Jurd is a former British Army Officer and Best Selling Author of The Leadership Book. Neil is also the Founder of the Leader Connect App. Neil has clients that include global organisations such as Sanofi and Virgin media, and his book and App are widely used in schools, universities and the NHS. Neil is on the board of Alertacall, who were recently honoured with the Queen’s Award for Innovation. Neil served the first part of his career as an Army Officer, tours including leading a Gurkha Squadron on operations In Iraq, a counter terrorist training team in the Middle East, and two years teaching leadership at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst. Neil was appointed OBE in 2021, and received the British Citizen Award in 2020. Neil is a Fellow if the Institute of Leadership and Management.
