Matthew Elliot is an Australian Rugby League Coach and Former Player who is a Best Selling Author, Public Speaker Founder & Director at The Change Room. Matthew played for St George in the NRL and has since gone on to coach the Canberra Raiders, Penrith Panthers and New Zealand Warriors in the NRL. Matthew also coached the Bradford Bulls in the English Super League as well as the United States of America international side. Matthew has worked with Fox Sports as an Expert Analyst and has been part of the ABC Grandstand Commentary Team over the years. Matthew is the Founder & Director of The Change Room - Prevention, Recovery & Leadership Approach to Wellbeing & Performance.
