Mark Berridge is the archetypal high achieving corporate hero we all want on our team. A devastating road cycling incident turned Mark’s world upside down. Mark summoned the same skill and talent he deployed in the corporate arena to formulate and execute the best possible physical recovery, only to face the battle of renegotiating his identity as both a corporate professional and as a husband and father. Mark’s determination and conviction have been strengthened and his world view has greater clarity.
