Kevin OLeary is a former Detective Chief Superintendent of the Metropolitan Police in London. Kevin has taken his skills from his 30 year career in the police into developing leaders within high performing teams. Using empowerment, agility, resilience, sustainability and innovation, Kevin creates programmes and advisory work to develop capable leaders so that they can thrive and excel. Kevin is able to deliver bespoke case study sessions for teams, enabling them to work together to resolve a problem or find a solution. Kevin also provides keynotes on the learnings from his career that he can relate to teams and corporate environments. Kevin has been a consultant for acclaimed television programmes including - Hunted, Celebrity Hunted on Channel 4 and The Heist on Sky One.
