John Benson-Smith is a high profile Master Chef and award winning former chef of the year. John is known for his simplistic approach to food and with over 40 years of experience has become infamous for his Three Bears dish. John has worked in some of the worlds most famous restaurants including the three starred Michelin restaurant L’Oasis in La Napoule on the Côte d’Azur, and a co-partnership with Marco Pierre-White. As well as this John has been a former BBC television judge on Masterchef and also the original flavour designer for Walkers Sensation Crisps. John has consulted for many clients throughout the World in places such as Spain, Italy, Germany, Greece, France, Channel Islands, UK and Saudi. Having also been the concept creator for a supermarket retail chain Morrisons and their (490+) stores in their quest to enter chef designer food.
