James Owen Roberts is a Paralympic athlete who represented Team GB at the Beijing Games in Rowing and four years later at the London Games in Volleyball. James was born with a rare congenital disability called femoral dysplasia of the left leg. As a teenager he struggled to come to terms with his disability and it was not until later in life he overcame these hurdles which has helped him become a multi disciplined champion. James is now an Entrepreneur, Podcast Host and TEDx speaker with over 15 years of knowledge and experience in exercise, diet and mindset. James works with people to challenge beliefs and achieve goals by changing their perspective on motivation.
