Goran Tomasevic

BIO

Goran Tomasevic is an Australian Water Polo player who competed at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics. Goran is also an Investment Banking Vice-President at Macquarie Capital specialising in the Real Estate sector. Goran moved from Croatia to the US without speaking any English, through determination and resilience Goran received excellent grades and sports results. Since 2009, Goran had represented the Pacific Tigers (University of the Pacific) and left in 2013 with a career total of 202 goals, which put him fourth on the all-time college list. He was selected four times in the All-American team. In 2015, Goran moved to Australia and arguably got involved in the hardest job there is as an Investment Banker at Macquarie Capital. Working 100-hour weeks, managing $3 billion deals whilst still competing professionally. Goran has given speeches on how to stay motivated, jump out of your comfort zone and trust the process.
