Dr Gaia Grant researches and teaches about how to lead solution-focused innovation for a more sustainable future. Gaia is a researcher and lecturer on innovation leadership for sustainability at the University of Sydney Business School, a sought after innovation culture consultant through her global business Tirian Innovative Solutions, and a bestselling international author. She is the creator of the unique ‘Innovative Change Leader’ Profile (iCLi) and ‘Polar Positioning’ (PoP) tool, and the co-author of The Innovation Race and international bestseller Who Killed Creativity? Having worked with a range of organisations globally from not-for-profits and government organisations through to Fortune 500 companies for over 25 years, Gaia’s focus is on how to help them solve critical challenges in any context through developing creative mindsets innovative thinking and problem-solving skills and strategies. Projects have included culture change strategies for the government and Google.
