Farrell Treacy

BIO

Farrell Treacy is a British short-track speed skater who represented Great Britain at the 2018 and 2022 Olympic Games. When Farrell left sixth form he joined the Short Track Speed Skating World class programme and was involved for six years. During this time Farrell competed in Junior World Championships before achieving the pinnacle and being selected for the Winter Olympics. During his career, Farrell became British Senior champion on two occasions and has also been successful in numerous World Cup events. Farrell has also bought excellent team spirit and energy to his 25 different teammates over a 6-year period and this was acknowledged when he was named captain for Team GB.
