Ellie Rayer

BIO

Ellie Rayer is an England Hockey International and Olympian who helped her team with the bronze medal at the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games. Ellie is regarded as one of the fastest players in hockey and can often be found surging past defenders, which is something she did time after time at the Tokyo Olympics as she produced several stunning performances to help Great Britain win bronze, scoring three goals and playing a key role in several others. Ellie Rayer will help Team England’s hockey charge in Birmingham 2022, but had things turned out differently could easily be representing another country in another sport. Ellie was a talented track and field athlete in her youth and represented Wales as a 400m sprinter.
