Elle Davidson, a proud Balanggarra woman from the East Kimberley, is a dynamic Town Planner and Engagement Specialist renowned for her expertise in Engagement, Strategy, Cultural Design, and Cultural Competency. With a family legacy that connects her to Captain William Bligh, Elle’s unique background provides a foundation for promoting strengthened cross-cultural relations and empowering Aboriginal communities. She brings her skills to a range of projects that highlight Aboriginal culture, foster inclusive environments, and advocate for community-centric planning. Elle began her career in Local Government, where she gained a solid foundation in planning, policy, and design. In her consulting work, she pioneered cultural transformation by developing Reconciliation Action Plans, establishing Indigenous Employment and Retention Strategies, and founding an Internal Indigenous Network to foster inclusivity.
