Dwayne Nestor

BIO

Dwayne Nestor is a High-Performance Coach and Founding Director of SiSu Life, a holistic Mindset and Performance Coaching business. He has coached the Wallaroos, the Australian Womens Rugby Team, and spent 12 years managing the high-performance player pathway for RugbyWA and the Western Force. Dwayne has over 20 years of experience in the sports industry with over 15 of these coaching elite-level rugby at RugbyWA, the Western Force, and the Wallaroos. His coaching career has included winning the 2016 National Rugby Championships with the Perth Spirit, the 2016 World Club 10s with the Western Force, and coaching at the 2017 Womens Rugby World Cup in Ireland. Dwayne has worked on the mental development of athletes, professionals and corporates creating high performance mindsets. This has included clients ranging from a surgeon preparing for their fellowship exams to a rugby player preparing for a World Cup.
