Darren Purchese is an internationally acclaimed pastry chef. After learning his craft in Europe, Darren arrived in Australia in 2005 and has since worked in the finest kitchens in the country. In 2011, he opened the highly successful Burch & Purchese Sweet Studio in Melbourne. Darren is also a regular on Masterchef Australia.
