Christine Sindely is an Indigenous Australian Engagement Expert who has been responsible for delivering effective Aboriginal engagement practices and processes to corporate and government organisations across Australia. As the Manager of the Indigenous Economic Development & Participation, she leads teams that drive long-term economic development and employment pathways across Aboriginal communities - like has been implemented in the Rio Tinto Iron Ore (RTIO) business operating across the Pilbara in Western Australia. Christine supports RTIO to implement significant improvements to ensure culturally responsive and appropriate ways of working with Traditional Owners. Additionally, as a part-time contracted Business Coach, Christine is part of a team that assists current and emerging Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander business people who are or want to transition into owning and operating a business.
