Byron Kelleher

BIO

Byron Kelleher is a former New Zealand rugby player who made his name as a scrum-half in both domestic and international rugby and quickly developed a reputation as a player with a natural flair for the game. Byron represented the All Blacks in 57 test matches between 1999 and 2007 and played a key role in the successful 2003 World Cup campaign for New Zealand, scoring crucial tries against Wales and Canada. In addition to his international success, Kelleher enjoyed a highly successful club career with French Top 14 team Toulouse from 2007 to 2011, where he won three Top 14 titles and a European Cup. Since retiring from professional rugby, Byron has been involved in coaching and mentoring young rugby players. Byron is regularly sort after by business professionals for public speaking with a focus on team building and team culture. Byron is a highly respected figure in New Zealand Rugby and is regarded as one of the finest scrum halves to have played for the All Blacks.
