Bryan Steel is a British Olympic Cyclist and one of the most successful cyclists that Team GB have had through their ranks in the history of the sport. Bryan joined the British Cycling team when it was not as well recognised as it is now. Bryan was part of the team that was undergoing a huge transformation which saw it reach the Olympic stage. Bryan appeared at four consecutive Olympic Games, three Commonwealth Games and numerous World Cup and World Championship events. Bryan won a bronze medal at the 2000 Sydney Olympics before going one better in the 2004 Athens Olympics where he won silver. Bryan also claimed a number of medals in his Commonwealth Games appearances, winning two silvers and one bronze medal. Using his expertise, Bryan has developed a number of inspiring and motivating programmes through his own development programmes that aim to push people to be positive as well as finding the ability to maximise potential.
