Aaron Tucker is a former US Navy SEAL and renowned leadership speaker. Throughout his time in the US Navy, Aaron was involved in numerous combat tours, which led Aaron to be highly skilled in a team environment whilst also learning about organisational structure and building high performance teams. Since leaving the US Navy, Aaron has held executive roles within global consulting firms as well as tech startups. Aaron focuses on breaking down cultures and silos whilst increasing the ability to communicate and form highly effective teams using both practice-based and behavioural science to improve psychological safety.
