Rules of Engagement

The Rules of Engagement include what can and cannot be discussed by the Host (Fan) with the Speaker (Hero). This includes but is not limited to the following:

 

  • Professional Career
  • Professional Achievements
  • Advice & Mentoring
  • Relationships
  • Personal Life, Personal Matters
  • Family Controversial Moments
  • Media

AGREEMENT OF RULES:

Prior to the LassWho video chat, the Speaker (Hero) and the Host (Fan) shall agree an Agenda via the LassWho platform (App or Website) and agree to the Rules of Engagement. When you confirm a booking via the LassWho platform you must agree to the Rules and Engagement of the Speaker by clicking the Confirm button as displayed on the LassWho platform. Rules of Engagement vary from Speaker to Speaker.

HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN ATTEND A LASSWHO? EVENT?

The minimum call is 15 minutes and the maximum call is 60 mins. The number of people who can attend a LassWho event depends on the booking type made:

 

1 – Individuals & Friends (1 to 4 people)

 

2 – Small Groups (5 to 20 people)

 

3 – Large Groups (20+ people)

 

4 – Corporates & Events (unlimited)

PENALTIES FOR BREACHES

A failure to comply with the Rules of Engagement (in the Speaker’s absolute discretion), the Code of Conduct or these Terms and Conditions, may result in:

 

  • the Speaker issuing a warning;
  • the Speaker issuing a termination notice and the forfeiture of the remaining time on the video chat;
  • immediate, temporary or permanent withdrawal of the Host’s right to use the LassWho platform;
  • immediate, temporary or permanent removal of any material;
  • legal action against the Host; or
  • any other action LassWho reasonably deems appropriate.
